Huomio! Ynnän tapahtumien korona-info:

Koko ajan muuttuvan tilanteen vuoksi huomioittehan tapahtumien osalta seuraavat asiat:

• Tapahtumissakävijöiden tulee noudattaa yleisiä hygienia- ja turvallisuusohjeita. Ethän siis tule tapahtumiin vähänkään kipeänä.
• Tapahtumanjärjestäjät pyrkivät mahdollistamaan turvavälisuositusten noudattamisen tapahtumissa. Tapahtumapaikoilla on tarjolla käsidesiä.
• Tapahtumien aikataulu, sijainti tai ohjeistus voi muuttua vielä ennen tapahtumaa, jos se tilanteen perusteella näyttää tarpeelliselta. Tarkkailkaa siis tapahtumien sivuja ennen tapahtumaa.
• Tapahtumat voivat peruuntua nopeallakin varoitusajalla, jos se on tilanteen kannalta välttämätöntä. Tarkkailkaa siis tapahtumien sivuja ennen tapahtumaa.

Vuoden ensimmäiset sitsit eli fuksitsit sitsataan keskiviikkona 29.9. klo 18.00 Club Escapessa. Kello 17.30 aukeaa ovet, kannattaa tulla ajoissa! Näille sitseille ovat erityisesti fuksit tervetulleita, sillä näillä sitseillä on tarkoitus opettaa heidät perinteisten akateemisten pöytäjuhlien tavoille. Älä kuitenkaan pelästy sanaa ”akateeminen pöytäjuhla,” ei nämä mitkään pukujuhlat ole! Riittää, että olet pukeutunut teeman mukaisesti ja saavut ajoissa paikalle. Sen jälken voit vain nauttia hyvästä seurasta ja hauskoista juhlista.

Unelmoitko pienenä lääkärin urasta? Vai halusitko olla astronautti? Nyt on mahdollisuus toteuttaa unelmasi, sillä sitsien teema on ”Lapsuuden haaveammattisi” !!! Yllätä kaikki sinun omaperäisellä idealla!

Ilmoittautuminen sitseille alkaa maanantaina 13.9. klo 12.00 ja päättyy perjantaina 24.9. klo 23.59.

Kertaakaan eivät syksyn ensimmäiset sitsit ole jääneet tyhjiksi, joten hanki lippusi nopeasti! Fukseille on varattu erikseen paikkoja, mutta nekin ovat hyvin haviteltuja!

HUOM!
Sitsit kustantavat holillisina 16€ ja holittomina 13€.  Liput sisältävät kaksi pitkää juomaa, kaksi shottia, jälkiruokadrinkin sekä ruokailun. Jos haluat holillisen vaihtoehdon niin valitse alta vain oikea lippu: Ynnän fuksi / Ynnän vanhus. Jos taas haluat holittoman vaihtoehdon valitse alapuolelta oikea lippu (fuksi tai vanhus) + holittomat sitsit- lippu esim. Ynnän fuksi + holittomat sitsit! Muista myös mainita ruoka-aineallergioistasi kommenttiosiossa, myös kasvisruokavalio/vegaanisuus!

Attention! The corona-info for Ynnäs events:

For the ongoing situation please notice the following things when attending the events:

• You must follow the hygiene and safety instructions given by the authorities. Do not attend the events when even a bit sick.
• The event team will do everything to enable following the distance instructions. There will be hand sanitizer at the event locations.
• The events schedule, location or instructions can change before the event if that seems necessary by the instructions given by the authorities. Keep checking these event pages for possible changes.

The event will be held in Finnish, but participation is possible even if you don’t speak Finnish. The first sitsit, also known as the Freshmen sitsfest, of the year will be held already on 29.9. in Club Escape. This particular party is especially good for freshmen because we will be teaching how to participate in the event and the etiquette of sitsfest. All you have to do is show up at the right time and dressed according to the theme. This time the theme is movies.

Did you dream of a medical career as a child? Or did you want to be an astronaut? Now is your chance to make your dreams come true, because the theme of sitsifest is ”Your dream profession as a child” !!! Surprise everyone with your original idea!

Sign up for the event begins on Monday 13.9. at 12.00 and closes a week later on Friday 26.9. at 23.59. Note, that the freshmen have separate tickets from older students.

Ticket to the sitsfest costs 16€ including alcohol and 13€ alcohol free. The ticket includes a beer, a cider, two shots, a cocktail for dessert and food. If you want the option with alcohol, simply choose the ticket, for example ”Ynnän fuksi” if you are Ynnä’s freshmen or exchange student. If you want the alcohol free option, choose the correct ticket as mentioned previously and add ”Holittomat sitsit” ticket to your reservation also. If you have any allergies and/or diets (include vegan) please mention them at the ”kommentit” section.

A big part of the event is singing drinking songs, most of them in Finnish. This will be a fun crash course on Finnish pronunciation. The lyrics to the songs are in a song book, that you can buy while signing up for the event by also choosing ”Laulukirja / STYROL” according to your subject association. The price is 10 €. Buying the book isn’t mandatory, you’ll probably be able to peek at the words from the person next to you.
