Ohjelma laivalla

Tyypilliseen tapaansa risteilyn järjestäjä ilmoittaa ohjelman vasta syssymmällä. Kyllä siellä jotain ohjelmaa on.

AnkkuriAppro

Ynnälle on annettu 15 kappaletta lippuja AnkkuriApproon, jota voi suorittaa laivalla menomatkalla. Kyseessä on siis akateeminen juomatapahtuma, jonka peruskonsepti on varmasti tuttu syksyn muista tapahtumista. Lipun hinta on 4€ ja se laskutetaan myöhemmin viimeisessä ilmottautumisessa. Lippujen varaaminen alkaa keskiviikkona 25.9. klo 14.30 tällä sivulla.

Hinnat

Risteilyn hinta muodostuu seuraavasti: hyttipaikan hinta + vähintään yksi ruokailu + bussikyyti + mahdollinen AnkkuriAppro.

Hytti

Hyttiluokan nimessä oleva numero kertoo hytin matkustajamäärän. Kuvia ja kuvauksia hyteistä laivayhtiön sivuilla.

Huomioithan, että A2-hytissä saattaa olla tai saattaa olla olematta parisänky ja tästä johtuen niihin ilmoittautuminen tapahtuu eri ohjeistuksella kuin muihin hytteihin.

Ruokailu

Laivayhtiön vaatimuksesta jokaisen risteilylle lähtevän on ostettava vähintään yksi ruokailu etukäteen. Useammankin saa luonnollisesti ostaa. Ruokailuliput käyvät maksuvälineenä muissakin laivan ravintoloissa.

Bussikyyti

Bussikyydin hinta on suunnilleen 25 €. Huomioithan kuitenkin että bussikyyti on maksettava, vaikka ei matkustaisi bussilla Jyväskylästä Turkuun ja takaisin.

Ilmoittautumisohjeet

(A2-hyttien ilmoittautumisohjeet alempana.)

Ilmoittautuminen lähtee käyntiin Keskiviikkona 25.9. klo 12.30 juuri tällä sivulla. Ilmoittautumisruletin ensimmäisessä vaiheessa valitse yksi ”Risteilylle!”-lippu ja täytä lomakkeen kentät oikealla nimelläsi ja sähköpostiosoitteellasi. Kerro lisäksi kaksi hyttitoivettasi ja vähintään yksi ateria.

Jatko-ohjeet seuraavat sähköpostitse ehkä jo samana päivänä, eli hyttiryhmien ilmoittamiseen. Ilmoitetuille hyttiryhmille määrätään hytit hieman toiveita kuunnellen hyvinkin pikaisella aikataululla, minkä jälkeen lähtijät täyttelevät nettisivuilla vielä yhden lomakkeen, jossa kertovat muutamia laivayhtiön vaatimia tietoja.

Käytössä on myös varapaikat, joille ilmoittautuminen aukeaa torstaina klo 12:00. Varapaikalle ilmoittautuneet siirretään päälistalle paikan vapauduttua.

Ilmoittautuminen A2-hyttiin

Ilmoittautuminen A2-hyttiin tapahtuu tällä sivulla keskiviikkona 25.9. klo 12:00 alkaen. Toinen hyttiläisistä täyttää lomakkeen valiten kohdan ”A2-hytti” ja sitoutuu tarvittaessa maksamaan hytin kokonaisuudessaan. Jatko-ohjeet seuraa sähköpostitse. Hyttikaverit ilmoittautuvat vasta myöhemmässä vaiheessa hytinvaraajan sähköpostiosoitteeseen lähettettyjen ohjeiden mukaisesti.

AnkkuriAppro

AnkkuriAppro is similar to other Approes, but is performed on the cruise ship (ankkuri means anchor in Finnish). Ynnä has 15 tickets, and a ticket costs 4€. The ticket will be billed later. Ticket reservation will open Wednesday 25.9. at 14:30.

Prices

The cruise will be priced as follows: cost of the cabin spot + atleast one food ticket + bus ride + possible AnkkuriAppro.

Cabin

The number in the cabin class names’ tells how many people it is for. Pictures and descriptions of the cabins can be found at at the ship company’s website.

Please note, that the A2 cabin might or might not have a double bed and thus the registration is different for these cabins.

Food

Per the ship company’s demand, everybody is required to purchase at least one food ticket beforehand. You may obviously purchase more if you want to. The food tickets may be used at the ship’s restaurants to purchase food, and may not be exchanged back to money.

Bus ride

The bus ride will cost you about 25€. Please note, that you are required to pay for the bus ride even if you do not travel by bus.

Registration instructions

Please note that you have to be 18 and have a valid passport with you to attend the cruise.

Registration will begin on this site on Wednesday 25.9. at 12:30. At the start of the registration process, choose a ”Risteilylle!” ticket and fill the form with your real name and e-mail. Also state two wishes for a cabin and at least one meal.

Further information will be sent to your e-mail. The instructions will be about choosing other people in your cabin. People will be placed in the cabins with respect to the wishes they have stated about cabin size and other people in the cabin. After this the attendees will be required to fill in a form for the ship company.

Signing up to the reserve slots will begin on Thursday 26.9. at 12:00. People will be admitted to the cruise from the reserve list if/when places become available.

Registration for A2 cabins

Registration for A2 cabins will begin on this site on Wednesday 25.9. at 12:00. One of the people in the cabin will fill in the form and choose the ”A2-hytti” ticket and commits to pay for the whole cabin if need be. After this you will receive more instructions via e-mail. The cabin mates’ will sign up for the cabin after per the instructions sent to the person who reserved the cabin.
