MaDin muistotilaisuus // Memorial for MaD house

Rakas Mattilanniemi D ”MaD” -rakennus on vetämässä viimeisiä henkäyksiään tänä keväänä, joten järjestämme MaDille muistotilaisuuden keskiviikkona 29.4. klo 16:15 alkaen MaDin lämpöisessä huomassa, luentosalissa MaD202.

Muistotilaisuudessa on open mic, eli voit valmistella MaDin kunniaksi vapaamuotoista ohjelmaa, esimerkiksi lausua runon, esittää kappaleen tai pitää puheen. Halutessasi voit ilmoittaa ohjelmasi tällä kyselyllä järjestäjien tietoon tilaisuuden sujuvoittamiseksi, etenkin jos ohjelmasi vaatii järjestäjiltä teknistä valmistautumista (esim. musiikkia, diaesitys, tmv.). Ohjelmaa ei ole pakko ilmoittaa ennakkoon, mutta jos ilmoitat ohjelmasta lomakkeella, teethän sen viimeistään tiistaina 28.4.

Jos et itse halua puheenvuoroa, mutta haluat muistaa MaDia sanallisesti, voit vaihtoehtoisesti kirjoittaa adressin MaDille ja tuoda sen hallitukselle luentosalissa ennen tilaisuuden alkua.

Läsnäolosi on kuitenkin tärkein, joten voit myös tulla seuraamaan tilaisuutta ilman valmisteluja, jos siltä tuntuu.

Luentosalitilaisuuden jälkeen Ratkomon ja Origon tiloissa tarjoillaan kakkukahvit.

Toivoisimme, että MaDin kunnioittamiseksi osallistujien pukeutuminen olisi tilaisuuden luonteeseen sopivaa, kuitenkin oman mukavuutesi priorisoiden. Hautajaisten pukukoodin ohjeita löydät netistä, esim. täältä tai täältä.

Our dear Mattilanniemi D ”MaD” house is taking it’s last breath this spring, so we’re having a memorial in its honour on Wednesday 29th of April at 16:15 in the warm care of MaD, in the auditorium MaD202.

There will be an open mic, so you can perform something, for example a poem, a song or a speech, for MaD. If you want, you can register your performance in advance to facilitate the event with this form, especially if your performance need any technical preparing (music, slideshow, etc.). It is not mandatory to register your performace in advance, but if you do register, please do it by Tuesday the 28th of April.

If you don’t want the mic to yourself, but you wish to remember MaD with words, you can alternatively write an adress for MaD and bring it to the board of Ynnä before the event, in MaD202.

Your presence is the most important thing, so feel free to attend the occasion without any preparation if you feel like it.

After the function, coffee and cake will be served in Ratkomo and Origo.

We wish you would honour MaD by dressing according to the occasion, prioritizing your comfortability of course. You can find dress code guides of funerals from the internet, for example from here or here.
